It's a great way to see your friends and, at the same time, do something to help Migraine Action's work in bringing an understanding of how migraine can affect children to the people who should be able to help you.

It's entirely up to you what you do: it can range from simple picnic food in your back garden to whatever you want to make it. You could also combine it with some of our other fundraising ideas:

•  a table top sale •  a raffle •  a jumble sale •  put on a play •  wear a hat for a head – perhaps you could make it a “Mad Hatter's Tea Party”! or a sponsored run around the park with a tea party afterwards

Please make sure you have the permission of your parents/carers to hold any fundraising events and ask them to supervise.
