Getting
back to normal after a migraine attack
When
your migraine is over you will be able to return to doing
all the things you enjoy like swimming, football, dancing,
cycling and lots more! Some children feel quite tired
for a little while afterwards but this soon passes and
they feel completely back to normal.
Don't
worry
Although
migraine can make you feel really ill for a time it's
very seldom a sign that anything serious is wrong with
you. It can be your body's way of telling you that it's
very tired and you need to slow down for a while.
It is very, very unlikely that a migraine means you
have a life threatening condition.
