Certain foods
For some people a particular
kind of food can trigger a migraine. These are different for each person but
some of the ones which affect quite a few people are:
- dairy products like cheese
and milk
- wheat which is in bread,
cakes and biscuits and lots of other things
- caffeine which is in
coffee, tea, coke and some other soft drinks
- aspartame which is an
artificial sweetener found in lots of food and soft drinks
